Job Description:

An Administrative Assistant / Accounting Specialist at Epiphany Farms Hospitality Group will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. This position will work in conjunction of dynamic restaurant and office environment and may require to drive between Epiphany Farms Hospitality Group properties. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs, assisting director of finance and handles bookkeeping work, and managing our company’s general administrative activities. The responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Document filing

  • Assist in maintaining bookkeeping records

  • Entering expenses and invoices to the company accounting system

  • Answering telephones and taking/forwarding on messages

  • Maintaining general office cleanliness and organization

  • Running general errands to assist the Directors of the company


  • Office experience

  • Restaurant accounting experience preferred

  • Basic bookkeeping experience preferred

  • Proficient with computers (Microsoft Office, accounting programs)

  • Excellent prioritization and organizational skills

  • Professional and courteous telephone skills

  • Exceptional writing and communication skills

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit entire shift

  • Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl

  • Occasionally lift up to 25 lbs
