Craig S. Cahan

Craig Cahan has been in the restaurant industry for 34 years.  His career began by working with some of the top restaurant groups in Chicago, including Levy, 

Morton’s, and Carlucci. Craig spent the last decade with Biaggi’s and Baxter’s, creating their catering and special events programs.  Craig came onboard with 

Epiphany Farms in 2014 to help take their catering and special events program to the next level.  Craig has a great love and talent for visualizing, planning, and 

executing fabulous events of all kinds.  He is an avid animal rescuer and spends his free time restoring his historical home in Le Roy.

Moved to Bloomington/Normal when I was 4. Went to Chicago for 15 years and worked for many incredible restaurants. This is my 34th year in the industry.

Fun Facts:

I love dogs and am a supporter of animal rescues.

I live in a haunted house.

The high quality and attention to detail. Working with two incredible Chef’s of this caliber in Bloomington/Normal.
