Director of Finance
Originally from the west coast, David Greenbach grew up in California and Nevada where he firmly planted his roots in the hospitality industry. He began working in restaurants and hotels as a teen and young adult, following in his father’s footsteps, then graduated from UNLV with a Bachelors in Hotel Administration. David worked managing departments of very large casino-hotels and was the General Manager of an exclusive boutique property.
In 1998, David relocated from the west coast to Chicago and expanded his career to include residential property management and property development, including working for the Chicago Housing Authority and a large private development firm. David was key in successfully relocating individuals from Chicago public housing projects into a large multi-income property development, which was one of the first of its kind in Chicago. As rewarding as that work was, David returned to his roots in 2004 when he began working as the Front Services Manager for Harrah’s Hotel and Casino in Joliet, Illinois.
In 2013, David relocated to Bloomington, Illinois when his wife accepted a position with State Farm. He worked as a real estate broker in Bloomington-Normal until he landed at Epiphany Farms in 2015. David and his family had already grown to appreciate the Epiphany Farms concept; the restaurants, the chefs, and the positive impact they collectively had on Central Illinois. David seeks to make each guest’s experience at Epiphany Farms excellent. He is dedicated to providing the utmost in customer service.
