Craig Cahan has been in the restaurant industry for 34 years. His career began by working with the top restaurant groups in Chicago, including Levy, Morton’s, and Carlucci. Craig spent the last decade with Biaggi’s and Baxter’s creating their catering and special events programs. He then joined Epiphany Farms in 2014 to help take their catering and special events program to the next level. Craig has a great love and talent for visualizing, planning, and executing events of all kinds.
