Job Description:

The Floor Manager oversees and assists in the operations of our restaurant. The successful candidate will work with Epiphany Farms Hospitality Group policies and culture while overseeing and coordinating the planning, organizing, training and providing leadership to the team during day-to-day operations. The responsibilities also include achieving objectives and goals in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and building positive company culture while motivating the team.


  • At least 3 years of restaurant service experience

  • At least 1 year of managerial role at the full service restaurant

  • Sommelier Certification and/or extensive wine knowledge preferred

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Knowledge of fine food and wine

  • Ability to communicate in English, verbal as well as written form

  • Professional appearance and demeanor

  • Work varied shifts, including weekends and dining holidays

Physical Requirements:

  • Able to walk/stand the entire shift

  • Lift up to 40lbs.

  • Able to reach, bend, stoop, and walk up/down stairs
