Job Description:

  • Greet our guests in a friendly and professional manner in person and over the phone
  • Make reservations with our online reservation program
  • Seat guests in the dining room during busy dinner service hours
  • Help bus tables and reset with clean dishes
  • Learn every detail of the Company’s ever changing seasonal menu
  • Follow all procedures and policies set forth by the company, division, and department
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills  
  • Ability to multi task in a busy dining room
  • Familiarity with local attractions and activities to respond to guest inquiries and needs
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays

Physical Requirements:

  • Able to stand for entire shift, can walk up and down stairs
  • Lifting 10lbs-20lbs, move tables and chairs as needed
